Pilates expert Marjolein Brugman has choreographed this Pilates reformer workout
and explains and demonstrates proper form for each movement. Working out at
least 3 times a week will realign and lengthen your spine as you tone and
strengthen your entire lower body. This workout can be used with any Pilates
reformer.
