Net2MallsDropShip.com Agreement. By using this site, you agree to these terms below.

This agreement is between (Net2MallsDropShip.com) as the company (US) and (YOU) as the drop ship affiliate. By filling out this Terms Of Use form below, you are telling Net2MallsDropShip.com that You have read this Agreement, understand all terms and conditions, and agree to be legally bound by them.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We agrees to supply you with product information to be used for our drop ship program. We will also provide you with all images, text or other appropriate information for the sole purpose of promoting and selling of our products. Net2MallsDropShip.com retains the right to make changes to OUR site(s) and product(s) as deemed necessary by US at OUR sole discretion and without any advance notice. Net2MallsDropShip.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of this Agreement at any time and for any reason. We may change the prices on our products at any time without notice and you agree that it will be your responsibility to keep up to date with the current prices found on the http://www.net2mallsdropship.com website.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
YOU agree that, to the best of YOUR knowledge and control, all applications and orders submitted will be completed and submitted by the same person whose name is on the application. YOU agree that, at OUR sole discretion and without advance notice, WE may monitor YOUR site at any time as often as WE wish to determine if YOU are using our product(s) properly and to determine if YOU are complying with the terms of this Agreement. Your further agree to Our Shipping Charges and our Return Policy.

WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE SOLD
We allow you to sell or advertise the products that are listed on our http://www.net2mallsdropship.com  drop ship website, but you may sell any product from any other company and drop ship company that you choose.

ABOUT EBAY & OTHER AUCTION SITES
You can list our products on any auction site as long as they are listed in a "BUY IT NOW" format. You may not list any of our products on any auction sites that are being sold and priced as an "AUCTION ITEM". We will only allow "Buy It Now" format.

MOST PRODUCTS SHIP OUT THE SAME DAY
YOU agree that once an order ships and you decide to cancel the order, there will be a 10% CANCELLATION FEE from the prices on our Net2MallsDropShip.com website and you will be responsible for all fees to have the item shipped back to us.

PAYPAL ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you are using Paypal as a payment option to pay us for the order, YOU agree that once the order is submitted and you decide to cancel the order, there will be a minimum of 3% CANCELLATION FEE from the prices on our Net2MallsDropShip.com website to cover the Paypal refund fees and our refund service.

DROP SHIP FEES
NONE

ACCOUNT SET UP FEE
There is a $35 One-Time fee to set up your account. You can cancel at anytime, however the set up fee is non refundable. Once we receive payment, your account will be upgraded to our Discounted Tier and you will also have access to our online ordering system.

FUNDING YOUR ACCOUNT
We accept Purchase Orders, Credit Cards and Paypal to purchase our products.

PayPal
Your initial account will be set up to only be able to use PayPal to pay for your orders. You may use PayPal to pay for your orders instantly. When you place an order simply select "PayPal" from the payment option. When you check out, you will automatically be taken to PayPal's website to finalize the transaction. Once we receive the order and the payment through PayPal we will ship the product.

Credit Cards & Purchase Orders (place on existing account)
In order to use this option, we require a credit card on file. If you prefer to use your credit card, we require that a Credit Card Authorization Form be filled out completed and faxed or emailed back to us. Once we receive the Authorization Form, we will switch your account over to allow you to place your orders by Purchase Order which will allow you to place orders without having to provide your credit card info. Here is the Credit Card Authorization Form ("just right click on link and select "Save Target As") if you would like to fax it to us ahead of time. (Please note your credit card will not be charged when the order is submitted, we manually charge credit card orders about once every week to two weeks).

Shipping Charges & Info
We ship all items to the US and Canada. Extra charges may apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO and Canada. Your further agree to Our Shipping Charges.

TERMINATION
WE and/or YOU may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, for no reason and/or by mutual written agreement between both parties hereto
